Note on the right of withdrawal where services are performed before the withdrawal period ends

For contracts concluded away from business premises, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

If you expressly request that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends before that period would normally end. This applies only if, before performance started, you were informed of this consequence and you gave express consent to performance beginning early.
