Right of Withdrawal

Notice on the right of withdrawal for immediate performance of services

For contracts concluded outside business premises, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

If the customer expressly requests that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period and the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely. This requires that the customer was informed about this before performance began and gave explicit consent to early performance.
